• Fear that other people notices your nervousness
• Evasion of social interactions that it limits and disrupts your everyday actions Physical symptoms include pounding heart, shaky voice, hot flashes, rapid breathing muscle tension, dizziness, twitching, nausea and clammy hands.

Getting Social Anxiety Help
Having lifestyle changes helps a lot in improving your social anxieties. Here are a few lifestyle tips to reduce anxiety levels:

• Limit your caffeine intake. Coffee, sodas, tea, chocolate and energy drinks act as anxiety stimulants that will only increase your anxiety symptoms. As much as possible, avoid these drinks.
• Drink alcohol in moderation. If you think that alcohol helps calm jitters and the anxiety feelings, stop. Alcohol actually increases the risk of having another anxiety attack.
• Quit smoking. Smoking leads to higher level of anxiety, because of the presence of nicotine, a very powerful stimulant.
• Get the proper hours of sleep. Being sleep deprived makes you more susceptible to anxiety attacks.

As much as possible, stay away from medication and try natural methods instead. The most effective treatment is the cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for treating social anxiety disorders.
